1. Website Use

This website is provided for general information about our film equipment rental services, available equipment, rental options, and related services.

By using this website, you agree:

* To use the website only for lawful purposes.
* Not to misuse, damage, or interfere with the operation of the website.
* Not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
* Not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without prior written permission.
* To provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, booking requests, or rental information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

2. Equipment Rental

All equipment rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by FILM EQUIPMENT RENTAL ABUDHABI.

A rental is considered confirmed only after the required booking information, rental dates, payment or deposit, and other applicable requirements have been agreed upon.

Equipment may include, but is not limited to:

* Cameras and camera accessories
* Lenses
* Lighting equipment
* Audio equipment
* Tripods and support equipment
* Gimbals and stabilizers
* Monitors and recording equipment
* Other film and production equipment

Equipment availability, rental rates, and included accessories may vary depending on the selected equipment and rental period.

3. Rental Period

The rental period will begin on the agreed collection or delivery date and end on the agreed return date and time.

The customer is responsible for returning all rented equipment within the agreed rental period.

If equipment is required for a longer period, the customer must contact us in advance and obtain confirmation of the extended rental period.

Extensions are subject to equipment availability and may result in additional rental charges.

4. Equipment Collection and Delivery

Equipment may be collected from our designated location or delivered to the agreed project location, depending on the rental arrangement.

The customer may be required to provide valid identification, company information, contact details, or other documents before receiving the equipment.

The customer should inspect the equipment at the time of collection or delivery and report any visible damage or missing accessories immediately.

Once the equipment has been accepted by the customer, it will be considered to have been received in the agreed condition unless otherwise documented.

5. Equipment Return

All rented equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date and time.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

* All equipment is returned.
* All accessories, cables, batteries, cases, memory cards, chargers, and other supplied items are included.
* Equipment is returned in the same condition in which it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
* Any loss, damage, malfunction, or missing item is reported immediately.

Equipment returned late may be subject to additional rental charges.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The customer is responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period.

If equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or rendered unusable due to misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper handling, the customer may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

Any applicable security deposit may be used toward outstanding repair, replacement, or other charges.

The customer should take reasonable precautions to protect the equipment during transportation, filming, storage, and use.

7. Proper Use of Equipment

Rented equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions.

Customers must not:

* Modify or dismantle equipment without authorization.
* Attempt unauthorized repairs.
* Use equipment in unsafe conditions.
* Transfer or sub-rent equipment to another person or company without written permission.
* Use equipment for any unlawful purpose.

Where required, the customer should ensure that appropriately qualified personnel operate professional production equipment.

8. Rental Charges and Payment

Rental prices will be communicated to the customer before the rental is confirmed.

Depending on the rental arrangement, payment may be required in full or partially in advance.

Additional charges may apply for:

* Late returns
* Damaged or missing equipment
* Lost accessories
* Extended rental periods
* Additional delivery or collection requirements
* Cleaning or repair resulting from improper use

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, deposits, or other fees will be communicated before confirmation wherever reasonably possible.

9. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the equipment, rental value, customer, or project.

The deposit may be retained partially or fully to cover confirmed damages, losses, missing items, unpaid rental charges, or other applicable costs.

Subject to the equipment being returned in acceptable condition and all payments being settled, the remaining deposit will be returned according to the agreed payment arrangement.

10. Cancellation and Changes

Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or change a confirmed rental.

Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the rental agreement, notice period, equipment reserved, and preparation or delivery costs already incurred.

Changes to rental dates are subject to equipment availability.

11. Equipment Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate equipment availability information. However, equipment may become unavailable due to prior bookings, maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

If the requested equipment becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative where reasonably possible or discuss an appropriate solution with the customer.

12. Technical Issues

If equipment develops a technical problem during the rental period, the customer should contact us immediately and should not attempt unauthorized repairs.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement equipment, or another suitable solution depending on availability and circumstances.

13. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the rented equipment is suitable for their intended production requirements.

Customers are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, filming permits, insurance, location approvals, licenses, or other authorizations required for their production.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FILM EQUIPMENT RENTAL ABUDHABI will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, unavailability, malfunction, delay, or failure of rented equipment.

Customers should maintain appropriate production insurance where required for their project.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, and other materials, belongs to FILM EQUIPMENT RENTAL ABUDHABI or its respective content owners unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
